Thank you for placing your Father-Daughter Ball photo order. Your photo package will be mailed no later than March 31,2024, directly to you at the name and address you provided. Once we submit the photo packages for sending with the United States Postal Service, it is out of our hands; therefore, please be patient. 

 

If you have not received your photos in the mail by April 15th, please send us an email with your full name, mailing address, and the day and event time you attended the ball. 

 

PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE OFFICES OF CALVARY CHAPEL; THEY CAN NOT ASSIST YOU.

 

We will research the whereabouts of your photos and respond to you as quickly as possible. Should your photos be returned to us for any reason, we will contact you for updated mailing information. Your photos will be resent, including a service fee of $10.00. We will not make arrangements for pick-up or hand delivery.

 

If you ordered "digital images," these will also arrive in your email inbox on March 31st. Please be sure to check your SPAM folder in case your email provider rerouted the digital file.
